Hope to See You Stand Up for Science TODAY, April 22–Earth Day

Important: When you click the link below to find the March for Science near you, see if your local organizers still need donations to make the event work. They might!

One of the most disgusting aspects of the Trump administration is its relentless attack on facts–a trait it shares with authoritarian regimes.

The science behind climate change is a leading target of Trump’s, as evidenced by his choices for Secretary of State (Rex Tillerson, the most recent CEO of Exxon Mobil), the Environmental Protection Agency (Scott Pruitt, who has sued it more than half a dozen times), and by his administration’s appetite for restraining and restricting information about climate change however it can.

If this bothers you (and it should), join the March for Science that happens closest to you on Saturday, April 22–Earth Day.

The main march will be on the Mall in Washington, D.C., and several “satellite” events have and are springing up across America.

While it does not yet have a public-facing web page for the satellite events, you can sign up on the March for Science web page for updates (scroll down for the form):
