Sign up for a health insurance plan at healthcare.gov during a special enrollment period just announced by President Joe Biden.
The COVID-19 pandemic caused many Americans to lose their jobs, and with them, their health insurance.
Though it was cruel and downright dangerous to refuse to re-open Healthcare.gov enrollment to help the unemployed, the Trump administration declined to take that step.
Well, guess what? Biden is not Trump.
On February 15, 2021, the White House released a statement announcing a special health insurance plan enrollment period starting that very day.
The special enrollment period will last three months, ending on May 15, 2021.
